Job Description:
- Assists in the submission of monthly, semi-annual and annual government reports
- Assists in day to day activity for facilities/ office management to include but not limited to coordination with Building Admin, Security and Cleaning Team. Contact and Coordinate Vendors and Supplier’s.
- Office and Facilities Supplies purchase order and inventory Assists in the submission of monthly reports.
- Reviews and requests payment and other payment related transactions. Supplies Management and Inventory.
- Coordinates with IT for technology requirement
- Fleet Management: – assists in day to day activities for fleet management including but not limited to:
- Vehicle assignment/reassignment
- RFID Monitoring
- Accident Report/ Insurance claims
- Monthly billing review / verification : petrol and RFID
Job Specification:

A Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 1-2 years job related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Property Specialist
The Real Estate Agent plays a vital role in the real estate market, connecting buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of property values, market trends, and exceptional interpersonal skills to guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be the bridge between clients and properties, providing expert advice, negotiation, and personalized service to achieve optimal outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with sellers, buyers, co-brokers, liaison officers, lawyers and other professionals to facilitate smooth sale and lease transactions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs and preferences.
- Research and analyze local property listings, market trends, and comparable sales to offer well-informed advice to clients.
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties, arranging property tours, and addressing questions or concerns.
- Prepare and present marketing materials to showcase properties, including descriptions, photographs, and virtual tours.
- Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate guidance.
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to transactions from closing all the way to title transfer, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including other real estate professionals, clients, and industry experts.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to stay informed and enhance market knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize real estate technology tools to research properties, manage listings, and track client interactions.
- Stay adaptable to changing market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not have supervisory and managerial functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have at least 1 year work experience in any Real Estate
company. - Great communication skills both written and oral and can
effectively converse and negotiate with clients. - Able to identify and assess his/her client’s needs and
requirements. - Experienced in handling Buyer/Lessee inquiries.
- Can easily build rapport with Top Realty clients.
- Knows how to handle client property viewings and understands
property requirements. - Ability to process real estate related documentations and
understands its corresponding processes. - Capable in generating buyer/lessee leads.
- Proficiency in using real estate software, online listing
platforms, and office applications. - Ability to work under pressure.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
