Trump Tower Manila, also known as Trump Tower at Century City, is a high-end residential skyscraper in Makati, Metro Manila. Unit reservations began in September 2011, and the showroom opened a few months later in early 2012. Construction started in June 2012 and was nearly complete by late 2016, with the official opening planned for November 2017. Valued at $150 million, the 57-story tower stands within the Century City mixed-use complex in Makati Poblacion and ranks among the tallest buildings in the Philippines.

The tower’s design follows a “peeled” façade concept, featuring sleek internal balconies and dynamic corners that create a modern, elegant profile. Its glass curtain wall offers sweeping views of the city and includes built-in light shelves and shading systems that respond to the sun’s movement, blending energy efficiency with contemporary design.
